For purposes of issuing a notice of corrective action or notice of civil infraction pursuant to Chapter 7.80 RCW for violations of the provisions of this chapter, the following person is designated “enforcement officer” and is hereby authorized to enforce the civil provisions of this chapter: the town of Cathlamet director of the public works department or his/her designee.
