Adverse weather conditions sometimes require a flexible approach to opening or closing town facilities. It is the purpose of this policy to reduce the possibility of risk to the public who may visit town-owned facilities and promote the safety of town employees while fulfilling the town’s mission of public service and making every reasonable effort to open its facilities to the public as scheduled.
